The royalty association is a non-profit membership corporation dedicated to monitoring the gas drilling operation located in Pantego Texas and informing the members of the organization and the community on the status of drilling and revenue production. The association is primarily formed to serve the lessors of Carrizo Oil and Gas, Inc. who have property west of Bowen: between Bowen Rd. and Park Springs and between Park Row and Pioneer. This area is defined in the lease in Exhibit B-1.
Lessors with property east of Bowen may be associate members of the corporation and receive the same update information by email or mail, but do not have voting rights pertaining to Directors, policies, actions, etc. .
The membership year is from February 1 to Jan. 31. The membership dues are $10 per property.
